We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Representative. We require a motivated individual capable of addressing product inquiries and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication abilities. This role necessitates familiarity with our product lines and their distinctive features. Exceptional phone communication skills and organizational proficiency are essential.
As an inbound sales representative specializing in fireplaces, stoves, inserts, log sets, and related products, you will immerse yourself in our product offerings. Your expertise lies in effectively articulating the features, benefits, and options to our customers. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in crafting their ideal fireplace, considering their individual requirements and preferences. This entails guiding them through a variety of options, ensuring they comprehend the implications of each choice, and ultimately achieving a tailored fireplace setup that aligns with both their needs and desires.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, both technical and non-technical, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to customer emails and website chats promptly.
Maintain updated records of customer orders on a daily basis. - Provide customers with accurate, complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller.
- Demonstrated sales experience or experience in customer service.
- Proficient in handling phone inquiries and active listening.
- High school diploma/GED required (Experience in HVAC industry a plus).
- Ability to maintain professionalism with customers at all times.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
