Warranty Claims

Warranty Claims can take months until resolution. 

Our dedicated technical support team is available to troubleshoot any of your products that are not working properly before filing a Warranty Claim.

If our technical team is not able to identify and solve the problem with your product, we will have you return to this page and file a Warranty Claim with us.

Warranty Claims do not cover damaged items.
