1. Am I required to purchase a front or trim kit?

No, the Quartz series are designed as a clean face installation. If you prefer there are available trim kits with 3 or 4-sided options.

2. How will the fireplace be delivered? Will the delivery driver bring it into my house?

All fireplaces are delivered via freight (tractor trailer truck) to the specified street address you provide us, we do provide free lift gate service with all freight deliveries. No, the delivery driver is only responsible for unloading the items from the truck, not to move them anywhere. For more information on the delivery process visit our FAQ page.

3. Where are the accessories for this fireplace?
You can find all of the available options on the accessories page.

4. How is this fireplace vented?

The Quartz 32 is typically vented using Majestic DVP venting components if venting from the rear or Majestic SLP venting if venting from the top. If you need help designing the venting system let us know with an email or a phone call and we can assemble a custom solution for your situation.

  • Can you adjust the flame height manually without a remote?

    This would have an adjustment knob located within the control panel. Thanks for the question!

  • Are they (QUARTZ32IN) UL approved? If yes, what is the UL number?

    The Quartz 32 is UL listed, the information in the installation manual states the following: LABORATORY: Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) TYPE: Direct Vent Heater STANDARD: ANSI Z21.88-2017 • CSA 2.33-2017.  Thanks for your question!

  • Does the Majestic Quartz 32" or 36" have the ability to adjust flame height from the remote control?

    Yes, combined with the Majestic RCT remote control, you can adjust the flame height.  Thanks for your question!

  • Does it have a blower

    The blower is not included, but you can use Majestic's GFK-160A blower for the Quartz 32.  Thanks for your question!
