Can you have the ember bed lights on independent of the flames? If so how do you accomplish it?
You can have the ember bed lights on without the flame effect by pushing the paintbrush/pallet button on the remote or fireplace. This cycles through the ember bed light colors. Thanks for your question!
Can a television be safely mounted above the fireplace or will the heat be dangerous for the components? If yes how high above?
Yes, you can mount a television above the Prism. The heat comes out of the fireplace horizontally, so won't be a huge impact to the TV, but it is recommended that there's at least 8" between the top of the fireplace and bottom of the TV and if possible, some kind of mantel or have the TV recessed slightly. Thanks for your question!
