Some appliance manufacturers require a greater top clearance on short runs with larger appliances. This Wall Thimble allows for a 3 inch top clearance and 1inch clearance for sides and bottom from the pipe to framing. Refer to the appliance manufacturer's installation instructions for requirements. Recommended for use with the DirectVent Pro Square Termination only, 58DVA-HC.
