  • Does this unit have a blower or fan?

    No, there is no blower option for this model.  Thanks for your question!

  • Can this model be converted to use propane?

    The Plazmafire WHVF24 is produced from the manufacturer ready for either Natural gas or Propane.  So, no a natural gas version can not be converted to use with propane, a propane version needs to be purchased.  Please let us know if you would like any further clarification, support@northcountryfire.com Thanks for your question!

  • On the Plazmafire 24 ventless wall hanging fireplace, does the gas feed need to come through the wall or can it been outside of the wall and come up through the floor?

    It may be possible to come up from the floor with the gas line, but it's designed for the gas line to come in from the back.  There are two inlet locations as seen in the installation manual on page 11.  There may be an alternative route but it's not recommended by the manufacturer.  Please let us know if you would like further clarification, support@northcountryfire.com.
